in all fairness i have lived in california and had true humbolt weed many times. it is awesome but humbolt county weed has always been awesome and i doubt its even 1% of the amount of canadian weed imported.
The numbers are likely the difference in imported and domestic weed.
this goes for canada too. in the 80's i would say 80-90% of the weed in canada dn usa was imported lower quality weed. nowadays its more like 10-20% imported 80-90% domestichatisblack at yahoo.comComment

One reason why there is way more grow houses now as opposed to importation of product is do to shipping.
Much easier to have 5-10 grow houses in a 20 miile radius to supply your client base the trucking it 2000 miles and have the worry of it geting bustedComment

I live in the South now, where marijuana is way more criminal, and still its everywhere. Statistics say its Louisiana's fifth largest cash crop, and that's only what they know about.
But you can walk around with the strongest drink in hand here, wasted in the street, legal and socially accepted. The bible belt is twisted as hell.

Its real simple. Find a couple strains you like and stick with it. Once you learn what strains give you what kind of buzz ... you can pick what you're in the mood for.
And for all the newbs, just smoke a little to start and you wont get panic attacks. When a newb power hits a joint, becomes stoned out of their mind then they start saying they are having a heart attack or some shit.

I've smoked weed every day for over 10 years and never had a problem with it until last year. When hanging out with a friend smoking some of his roaches suddenly i felt i was going to throw up, my mouth was very dry, felt like an anxiety attack. after that for lke 8 months every time i got high i got an anxiety attack. i didn't know what the hell happened, i never got them before via weed or anything.
