As a human? Equal.
At my job? I assume I'm probably the best for it, or I wouldn't have it.
That said, there's a researched phenomenon - and I can't remember the URL - that says people who assume themselves to be above average in a field only do so because they are not qualified enough in that field - IE, they can't grasp the entirety of the subject, so just assume they know everything about it.
The real experts are the ones that rate themselves average or below average. -
