Studio tells man to fuck 17yo (accident) who's liable?

Can the man claim ignorance? Can the studio boss be charged with rape even if he never touched the girl himself?

in the uk consent is 16, though to do porn you have to be 18.

if the age of consent is under 18, then the chap having sex would probably be charged with having sex with a minor (depending on the local law) and the chap filming charged with filming cp (again depending on the local law).

Child porn and statutory rape are two separate things.

If this was filmed or broadcast and the age of majority is 18 with regard to pornographic depiction ? filming or broadcasting sex with an under age person is child pornography (a felony criminal offense).

If this was a person having sex, in private, with a person 17 years old ? the 17 year old is able to consent in most places voluntarily.

Being raped is a forced act (a felony criminal offense).

It's a good question. Perhaps someone will be charged with negligence or something.

All depends on the law where it happened. Here in the US it varies state by state but basically in a lot of states where it would be illegal ignorance of the person?s age would not be a defense. And the bottom line is if convicted the person would still have to register a sex offender when he gets out of the clink.
