                                                      I think despite all the accusations on AFF them going from a good program to a superstar was when they came up with the GEO ads, I wouldn't use em till I saw that, I was using my own geo ads till then for other stuff.

                                                                                                                  If you were to do so, I think you would garner tremendous support within the legitimate webmaster community, which might even offset the traffic you get from dealing with illegitimate sites.

                                                                                                                  Since we both operate in the Bay Area, I would be more than willing to sit down with you/your lawyers to map out a plan for a self-supporting non-profit that would take a leadership role in combating such organizations (I was a corporate executive and a political activist long before entering the adult arena, so I have some ideas about what it would take).

                                                                                                                  Also, I know what legal battles you went through with your P2P music download company - you expose yourself to similar woes when you conspire/support sites that illegally steal others' content.

It basically fucked the surfer over if they installed it and didn't pay... And it made it a nightmare for the majority of people to uninstall. It was very shady regardless of being legal, just like spam was legal... You knew it and didn't give a fuck because they were paying you plenty of dough. All you did was help line your pockets and help push more surfers away from surfing for porn because they often get fucked over.

WebmasterDirect's ransomware did hijack someone's computer and used deceptive install methods just like Zango does now. Do you really think anyone would click a button knowing their future surfing was going to be flooded constantly with popups and the only way to stop them was to pay $99 for something they had no interest in?

                                                                                                                                          It was a 100% shady and with them getting negative exposure all over the web and all the heat from the feds, their webmaster ransomware/install affiliate program was shut down less than two months after being exposed on here. If you were in fact naive and didn't realize at the time all that the install did to someone's pc, you might want to convey that cause your stance of high morality now is complete bullshit.

I remember when dialers first came out, people were making crazy money fucking over people with monster phone bills and then the FTC stepped in and put a stop to that in the US.
