"I try to make a habit of bouncing my eyes up to the face of a beautiful woman, and often repeat “not mine” in my head or even verbally. She’s not mine. God has her set aside. She’s not mine. She’s His little girl, and she needs me to fight for her by keeping my eyes where they should be." -
I'm pretty serious about making money...and I never A-B test anything. I go with what I know about entertainment, marketing and human nature. It never lets me down.
Just different ways of working I suppose. Some folks are very successful with endless testing and data gathering, etc. Others just have certain instincts.-Robbie

Im pretty sure you could milk atleast 10% more joins out of your tour if you did.
Not sure if that is alot to you.Comment

10% is always a lot.
But my point is that not everybody does things the same way. I have enough experience to know what works and what doesn't work. Now if I jumped onto a new project that I didn't fully understand...then hell yeah I'd test it.
For instance...I KNOW big tits. I love it. And so far every move I make has been gold.
But if I were to try and tackle the "glamour" niche? I wouldn't have a clue. I'd definitely need to do a lot of testing and learning.
Once you get a certain level of proficiency in a certain area...testing isn't that important. To me the most important thing is not the color of the join link. It's the marketing of the tour that gives your potential customer a reason to even think about joining to begin with.
That's where the real work is at.
I'd say that most folks could gain 90% more sales if they only had something worth selling to begin with.-Robbie

I know what you're saying but colors, words, etc. all create an emotion in someone and can have positive results with a simple change. Nothing is perfect and you could always benefit from a little testing.10% is always a lot.

You're right. But there's only so many colors. And everybody knows that certain colors are depressing or bring out anger while other colors are tranquil and give good "vibes" It ain't rocket science and shouldn't take but a second or two to decide to not make the join link black with a blood red stroke. heh-heh-Robbie

Also, one day can be different to another... You choose something that works on a test for a month, by winter, when everyones mood has changed, the other test site would probably have worked betterYou're right. But there's only so many colors. A key to a small business, is doing it your way & do what makes you happy. Everybody likes something different, why have every site the same.
Ive noticed that so many sites are doing the rotating main photo 800x300 for the header & then the content area looks like a tube. I rather see some personal touches & originality to the designs including colours.Comment
