This is mixed footage from several massacres spanning about 4 years. I've seen all this footage before, mainly on the defunt www.ogrish.com Most of the victims shown were Christians. Most of the irregular militia shown were Muslims.
The producers of this film take advantage of the fact that Indonesian Muslims and Christians dress alike for the most part with the exception of some Arabic script headbands and some of the females wear the Abaya.
Some of the killings were reprisals, some religious purges and some were government crackdowns.
If the purpose of this film is to show "Christians on a murderous rampage" then it's a hoax.

While I see your point, I'm going to have to disagree that "religion" is the cause. You can only blame people for killing other people, not "words", "guns", or whatever else.

I totally agree with that. I was just trying to say that the only reason the device is used is because there's a lot of weak-minded people out there breeding and raising more weak-minded people. It's really a shame, that if those same people were raised in a more rational environment, things would be different.
