I like your overall layout, however there are several points...

1.) Since you want to have a higher chance of surfers clicking on your links, I would suggest only placing your "link block(s)" at the very bottem or by creating another webpage on your site, just for the purpose of displaying such links...

2.) Where you have indicated the banner spots you will find that when you do actually place banners, in such locations, that the overall layout will not flow right. Too much banners is not a good thing...

3.) The most valuable part of a website is the first few inches from the top... and your not using it to the full potential...

4.) Most surfers will not read the text at the very top... because they will be looking at your pictures/movies...

5.) Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday is there, but Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday is not... You have instead Yesterdays and todays leaving out a day...

6.) "bookmark this site now and return daily for more free porn !" is very long and repeats far too much... shorten it to bookmark or bookmark this site...

7.) "We have no association and hold no responsibility for the links on this site!s" You need to remove the ! in site!s
