I am more than full time...but mostly because I am a workaholic. I do a number of things but a large portion of my day is on icq or email largely doing customer service sort of support that ranges from getting bigger players things they need to run their projects to real hand holding stuff with the folks that are newer to the industry. In any one day I probably deal with all sorts of requests that range from payment inquires to go over somebody's site with them step by step seeing how things could be done differently to convert better. That is just the stuff I do that involves interaction with 'the public'...lots of bits and bobs behind the scenes too.
