really though, what exactly is paddle boarding? seems like a surfboard with a paddle or a flat kayak. do you hit the waves with that?

just wondering what the advantages are over kayaking other than you can stand if you want to.

Paddle board surfing is exactly what you said. A surf board with a paddle. The smaller the board the tougher it is. In that picture im out in the ocean but next to a harbor hence you dont see waves but you can totally ride waves. check it out

hahahaha yeah i bought the life jacket @ big bear last ski season. super kewt! speaking of you and your girl need to come to mammoth for a snowboarding trip. we are going right after thanksgiving.

If you haven't already tried it I hope you venture out to the surf on a small day and experience the sensation of riding a wave. You may just get hooked for life

ive been out in the ocean once. problem is when i found out about paddle surfing (and fell in love) it was super late in the summer and cold out. next summer im gonna try to ride waves. for now ive been paddling around the harbor. one lap =1 mile depending on the winds im usually paddling anywhere from 2-4 miles.

paddle board all the way. its super easy to strap on top of the car and head to the ocean. i have a board and live 61 miles from where i board.

don't let the dog fall in, the hair will soak up so quick and sink. i saved pipecrew's pomeranian this way, i wouldn't trust the life jacket haha

not really. i first introduced her to the water when she was a puppy. after a few times she was jumping in the water on her own.
