I have a search engine site that is adult/celebrity orinented.

The site gets around 4500 UV per day now, and growing each week as more and more search pages are indexed in google.
I will stick your link on the search results page, where all the traffic is. So, everytime someone searches something, or searches through the toolbar, thats where your link will be.
I expect the same type of trade in return. Must have very simular traffic, and be put on a mainpage/sitewide - NOT stuffed away in a link page. I am doing this for Traffic, no SEO.
