I am going to go out on a limb here with a prediction:
I think that nobody's tests will come up positive for HIV other than patient Zero and maybe his live in girlfriend.
Patient zero was not a very used, popular strait performer and it is less likely to contract HIV through strait non anal vaginal sex.
Furthermore if this guy is getting tooled in the ass from dudes, i would venture to say that the home sex life may have been lacking.
My final answer: Nobody but patient Zero will have contracted HIV.

The system does work and that's why the media won't cover it the way that it deserves when this comes out. Yes patient zero may indeed be infected but this happens far more often in the what is considered "normal nitelife scene" than it ever has happened in this industry.
