Accounts and Galleries are usually approved within 24h (on weekdays), so there's no long waiting queue ATM.

Actually 69-71%, each first click goes plain to galleries, so overall skim depends on overall traffic productivity, or in other words, higher productivity->more clicks->first click doesn't count in that much->slightly higher overall skim

And I'm trading with rather good MGPS, Blogs, LinkLists like Phun.org, Hoes.com, Penisbot.com, Pichunter.com, VidsVidsVids.com, PandaMovies.com, Pussy.org, etc. etc. So traffic is quality, I put very much weight on that, and that's IMHO the only reason why the site grows so fast

one more question, how long does it take for approval, like if you want to submit 3 gals a day.

On weekdays I check it everyday in the morning, so account/gallery approval takes ~72h on weekends, and normaly ~24h on weekdays.

After approval galleries get listed within a few hours normaly, and stay in rotation as long as the partner account is active, so it would get listed again after some random time (more often if it's thumb gets a better CTR).

Oh, and the position of the gallery depends on the thumb CTR, so a good thumb can stay on the main page for months (and get up to 500k uniques), and a bad thumb can drop off right after 100 uniques.

So a good thumbnail is absolutely important, inside your partner account you'll also see stats for each gallery, so that helps to check and tweak your galleries/thumbs.

Yes, but the point of break even isn't reached yet, so ATM the accounts are much cheaper as their real value. Which is bad for us, but good for submitters.
