JOB DESCRIPTION
TITLE: Product Manager
REPORTS TO: Vice President and General Manager, LFP Internet Group, LLC
OVERVIEW
Hustler?s internet team (LFP Internet Group, LLC) is looking for an enthusiastic, skilled Product Manager to help attack a number of exciting new initiatives and improve the performance of our adult-oriented offerings. This will be done through the evaluation, development, implementation and measurement of new products, features and enhancements. A central component of this role will be tracking and analysis of key performance metrics, usage statistics and user feedback. Priorities may vary greatly depending on strategic priorities and measured results. The ideal candidate must possess an advanced knowledge of web technologies, web usability and project management. This role must be able to coordinate successfully across diverse teams and be able to work autonomously as well.
REQUIREMENTS
? A positive, collaborative, can-do attitude
? Creativity
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills
? Ability to solve problems and achieve objectives regardless of obstacles
? Ability to create functional specs, wire frames and mock-ups
? Ability to create project plans and coordinate tasks across multiple parties
? Advanced knowledge of Internet-related technologies
? 2+ years project management experience
? 2+ years online product management experience
? BA/BS or advanced degree preferred
? Experience in the adult industry a plus
