Biggest problem is that I have ration with PussyCash 1:38000 , yes you are read it right:1:38000 and can't apply for another Payoneer card from another sponsor where ratio is much much better

So this is just my friendly advise if you still not apply for payoneer card , good think what sponsor you will chose before do that because first load must come from that sponsor.
