While we understand everyones hesitation due to the circumstances with ePassport we are a leading provider of web based payout in the main stream world i.e. affiliates, freelancers, stock photography, and more.
As soon as this increase came to us we started hiring and training new customer support reps and now they are trained and answering calls, chats and emails. We are here to stay and while we have gotten an incredibly high volume this past month we have added an additional 30% to our customer support and we are about to add additional reps in order to double it.
I hope by now many of you are seeing the turn over is much quicker and the inquires you had, have been addressed and answered by now.
