                                  I remember where I was when Thriller had its world premier. I can't remember being watching the exact day that mtv itself it launched, but I did a goodly number of drugs back then.

                                  I do remember thinking that mtv was the absolute coolest thing ever...everything from the orginal vj's to the neat little moon man logo/clips.
