I would like to see some general improvement.
I would hope that the changes we are making will result in an improved situation for 2011 for us and our affiliates.

The world is in for 1 major ass fucking. Too many public sector workers around the world wanting handouts and the regular joe thinking they deserve the same pay as the owner who puts everything on the line.
businesses will continue to close down as owners find it pointless to run just to pay everyone else.
generally people dont want to work anymore. they want to show up and get paid.
what you once knew as north america is no longer going to exist. we are tanking. i myself am having my best year to date but i am working 7 days a week planning and saving for the obvious shit storm that is coming. but i had to make about a year of sacrifice pay wise to get here.
things in the west WILL NOT BE GETTING BETTER. people have been lied to, and they fell for it hook line and sinker. and instead of admitting problems people will continue to place blame only putting the west into a deeper recession.
