Exactly my point - the people at this bank are nothing like the people you would speak to at a bank in any developed nation. They just start shouting and becoming pissed off that you have dared to call and ask anything.
Even when i explained i had called because they were now saying that they could not match my name to the card number there was no change in her tone. Just said that there was nobody available to speak to me about it at this moment since they are very busy with all the hassle we've caused by using their services. If i hadn't heard anything after another week then i should call back then... WTF?
