      We have some US and DE skimmed traffic at www.buyfpctraffic.com. I normally don't recommend skimmed traffic be sent directly to a paysite though.

      Have you tried TGP/MGP traffic to your site? If it's worked in the past, perhaps skimmed traffic may be an option for you.
