All you do is hit up a rep on icq and they will most likely set up an account for you manually, that is how most programs do it with high risk countries.

ha ha ha... saw this coming so just went and signed up at Huge Traffic..... So far it looks like all the linking is the same, you just change the "prg" number and you id code... the prg number is 1 = huge traffic, 2 = nastydollars and 3 = bangbros.
