Having lost loved ones in the past the only advice I can give you is to just let whatever emotions "come up" for you come up, don't try to avoid or suppress them; it's just your soul trying to find some peace from the pain, which it will do if you allow it to come out naturally, when it wants to. This may mean it "comes out" (the grief) in odd places and times but just let it, you'll heal faster and can then remember all the things you loved about your Grandma. Plus, she's watching down on you now anyway, and she's in a happier place.
