Cops - or may I say officers - are fucking assholes.
Maybe I'm also, but they don't just understand common sense, they don't understand anything.

This is just my tiny oppinion, but I'm really fucked with all fucking cops. I have thrown three cases to court and arranged meetings with big COPS - or may I say something which gets censored even here These fucking idiots just drink and drive ( at least in Fineland - Finland )... and are shit corrputed ( in Russia ) and do brutal things ( in USA ) and fuck you everywhere ( in the UK, even in drug-friendly-lovely-carzy Amsterdam ).

Yes, society needs em, but they are here only to SERVE public not to make your life harder. If they make it - you don't need to accept it as long as you're living on any democracy.

What is the harm in nudity that anyone would have to know that people shouldn't be nude in public.

Common sense tells me that you shouldn't have any "adult" images in un-password protected areas. Are you tightassed moralists working on that one? Or is minding our business here in Oregon too much of a full-time job for you?

What irreversible harm would come of your child seeing someone nude in a park, anyway?

Of course "common sense" is subjective; none the less anyone that has lived in a society for a long enough period of time pretty much learn what is "common thinking/common sense" within a given society.

The harm is this: Even if it is legal, public nudity is found to be offensive to a significant number of people. I do not know by what percentages, Oregon's nudity bill may have passed or the number of voters involved, but let us use the figure of one million voters and a high percentage of passage of say 70%. This would mean that for the number of voters three hundred thousand would be offended by public nudity (and of course we know that only a small percentage of the population actually vote). I, for one, would not want to go out of my way to intentionally offend anyone.

I have somewhere around 50- 75 sites up. The only ones that are not protected are the ones in my sig and I have only promoted one of these sites, and that is the forum. I personally think that all Adult Sites should be protected and I think that is current US Federal law (though I am somewhat unclear about this).

I personally do not think that there would be irreversible harm with a child seeing someone nude in a park, but with some children there could be temporary trauma, and as I have already stated there are a significant number of people (parents) that would certainly be offended.

Bottom line is; the harm is intentionally doing something in a public place that "common sense" would tell you that a significant number of people will be offended by your actions.

If one is not a gentleman and does not care if he offends someone else then of course there are those types in society as well.

Apparently Arron was taking some precautions by attempting to shield the shoot, but still, I personally think that, even if legal, one should not be shooting nude scenes in a public place.

Sure there are and always will be criminals in this world, but police perform the same function as the lock on your car door: They keep the honest people honest. The lock doesn't keep the criminals from stealing your car, it keeps the honest people from becoming criminals. The police exist to keep sanity in our fucked up world as best they can. And therefore, I am also making a choice: I choose to live out the rest of MY life feeling that people like YOU, who choose to think that people like cops are assholes, are assholes.
