it can be done if you have your vv as a backup funding source to your pay pal account.... and you have access to your VV funds. You cannot add funds to your pay pal account with your epass VV, but, it can be used as a backup funding source to make payments via pay pal. Just have someone send you a payment request, set your epass VV as the backup funding source and then pay the request. Any money not in your pay pal already will come off of your epass VV card.
