I am simply entertaining the idea of selling this site..
It shows as a pr 3, but based on common sense I am sure we will all agree that by removing the 400+ outgoing links on the main index page and placing them elsewhere would improve it's PR to at least a 4 but more likely a 5/6 with that much of an outgoing PR loss.. LOL (400 + links on the main page is huge!)

It?s hard to say how much i make off of this domain as i have multiple domains promoting similar programs, but if i had to make a "conservative guess" it would be 1k per month..
The design/layout/structure of the site sucks ass, so maybe someone with better skills could make more.. (and that's my dilemma, should I hire someone to spruce it up design-wise, or simply take the easy way out and sell it...)
So the site design really isn't for sale because there is none.. it's an extreme maze of nonsensical links lol
There are 21 toplists on the site.. I could export the toplist db's... but you'd have to buy the script and there are multiple versions on the site.. (you only need to buy 1 version/copy of the script to use it for all 21 lists as long as it is on the same domain)
If I did sell it, I would need at least a friggin week to transfer, primarily because for the past 7 years I have used the domains email addy as my primary email for EVERYTHING... affiliate programs, financial shit, toplists, etc...
(i would guess I'd need to change at least 100 affiliate programs and toplists for other sites to a new primary email addy)
I would also require we use escrow.com (splitting the fees..)
I am only entertaining this idea at this point..
The only reason for thinking about this is I had a death in the immediate family (my father) that cost some me unexpected moola (along with being self employed as most of us here are and not working too much cuz i was being a dumbass depressed fucknut)... and now i am a but behind.. Hence I need massive moola within the next few months to recover, so i need to either redo the site paying a good artist a little here and there and slowly gain some more income, or sell it outright and make some immediate cash...
