    Good movie.



    And might I add, I've never been a smoker, and I have definite thoughts on what a dirty filthy selfish habit it is.


    But this movie is still damn good.

                  now going through the second ling cancer scare in the last 11 months will do that.

                  will have to check that movie out soon.

                                                      It may be the wrong type of movie for you. Perhaps an action flick might be more your speed?

                                                      For me, there were several highlights. His style of knowing how to work the room and weave his magic brand of BS was sublime for one thing. It was nice to see Katie Holmes getting banged (by him), and how she later screwed him in a completely different way. Down and out for a while, he later finds inspiration in a chunk of apple pie with cheese on top and comes back to screw literally everyone in the film except for his true friends.

                                                      The sub-plot of his son's transformation from a shy embarassed kid to the debate champion all because of his father's influence was quite something.

                                                      Interesting ending. The look on his former boss's face = priceless.

                                                      All in all I give it 8/10. It did earn 3 out of 4 stars with the critics, and deservedly so in my opinion.

                                                          Ya... I thought it was a good flick, too. Wanted to catch it when it was in the theaters, but just didn't find the time.

                                                          My lady and I caught it a few weeks ago on DVD.
