EXACTLY. Not only that, they don't go gossip with the local flunkies they went to high school with. I own a business in my town and half of the population either takes money from me or gives money to me... I don't need the drama, the gossip, or the bullshit that comes with hiring someone local.
I want someone from out of town with no local friends.
