    SKNANB Notary text in English?

Hi, as the bank requires the notary to certify the ID in English I wonder what the text should say, any idea? Here notaries do it in Spanish so I guess I need to bring some text sample

I'm Spanish also, i don't think 'certified copy' means necessary you have to go to a notary, also i doubt you'll find a notary that will sign documents in english without understanding them.

For the ID (DNI) i'll get police to certify the copy (compulsa de documentos), it's free and a document certified by police has the same validity as the original.

          About utility bill i'm unsure
