well, I've gained around 35 lbs muscle over 16 months on it... 1 1/2 inches on my biceps, and all of my lifts have gone up a good 35 to 50%
but, the most important thing is the bitches... every chick (and dude for that matter) who hasn't seen me in like 6 months mentions how big (or huge, built, swoll, etc.) I got since last time they seen me. I have a gf and its hilarious how jealous she gets cuz chicks come up and do it right in front of her at the club

1.5 grams of protein per lb of bodyweight is hard, esp if you are 200+ lbs. usually more protein means more calories. And if you are not doing a bunch of cardio its hard to keep the the pudge from building. and cardio is detrimental to mass building.

i work out two hours a week. actually every 8 days. but i also have a workout schedule thats every 2 days, but out of an 8 day cycle its pretty much only 2 heavy days and a couple speed days.
I just read most of the Max-OT and it actually makes sense. I think I am going to give it a try. It's pretty close to my current work out technique. Now, I am a scrawney bastard but I gained 4 pounds in 9 days.

I'm sorry to tell you B Sandwich but that workout is a standard that has been around for years. Even before me and I've been deep into fitness for almost 17 years.
If you really wanna gain crazy size quickly find the 100 rep squat routine or the 100 rep deadlift routine. Nothing makes people gain faster than that without gearing up. The problem is only a few people have the heart to handle the routine.
I've trusted my sites to them for over a decade...

is that german volume training? funny u say that, I am about to start the 10x10 routine starting two mondays from now, when I start my next 1-test/4-ad cycle, since I don't think max-ot is enough volume

Either 100 rep squats routine or 100 rep deadlift. You do a light workout once a week of all the bodyparts and focus on a 100 rep descending weight continuous set once every 6 days.
It's sick. It's incredibly effective. Your legs and back are the biggest muscle groups in your body. When you do these highly taxing exercises on those groups it stimulates the rest of your body. I have seen guys grab 15 pounds of pure muscle over a couple of 6 week cycles.
Not many people can stick with it though. But as Escort Biz said in the beginning thread it's all about the rest and recuperation and the 100 rep squat routine gives you a lot of it.
By the way, creatine is no magic bullet. Make sure your protein intake is perfect before you worry about creatine.
