I know bro, if you check my site, i'm just collection peoples contact information and information from Mallick and his partners in case we get to take the direction of the class action lawsuit, but i'm by no means going to take an action personally, actually, i'm not sure i will be leading it, i'm just in the process of coordinating all us in a same path and off course getting as much information as i can about the bastards behind this.
But again, i'm not going to speak on behalf of anybody, when the time comes, the whole purpose of MY SITE is to get everybody in touch and make a nice consented class action lawsuit all together in the same path.
I know Choker is a serious party, but i can't talk for what he wants to do .... i still added myself to his list as i think he is honest and reasonable and wont do anything if a big chunk of us wants to wait

I'm tomorrow monday first thing in the morning making a notary certify this email.
If this is how he wants to play, lets do it.
I already sent him an answer which you all will see when he answers but basically told him he still has time to make things right by apologizing, giving out some explanations of all this month silence and off course giving all us our money back.
If that is done, i will off course take sites down and I MAY, if i think it was an honest mistake, make a public apologize, but for the answer i just got, i doubt it is .... And honestly i also don't think the apology fits the case. So only sites will go down.
And off course reminded him that i'm a serious guy, and i will be attending New York Marathon in November, if money is not there by then, i will be personally meeting him and i'm sure, WAAAAAAAY SURE, he wont have this attitude when he sees me.
PERIOD. Waiting for his apologize and explanations.
Pd: He already took facebook page down, so lets all open many of them? just send me email and i will send you all Notes www.chrismallickscam.com, if he keeps this attitude i will keep putting sites online Its not about money, its about principles, i'm a man of word. Hey guys, yeap, i got paid today! so off course, i can't keep claiming someone is not doing something that actually did ...
I also got said by two other people very closed to me that i trust that they got paid, one two weeks ago and other one week ago. Both this guys didn't had a public position on this matter as i did, so not that sure this payment was done due to the public pressure of the site.
Still, i will be avaliable for anyone if i can help.
I think its clear enough, but still, i think Mr. Mallick did not work the public comunication of all this mess right, but i can't say i didnt get paid when i did .... So maybe he is not buying time after all? I dont know, the only way to know that is all get paid what they are owed, what i can say is that i did get paid.

We, our company, received $xx.xxx.oo on or around 9/15. ACWM NV a Curaçao corp also ? implied legal threat of a Petition of Involuntary Bankruptcy filing in Curaçao.
Collection now, as ePassport is a dissolved NV corporation will not be easy if possible at all. Who knows where the money is now?
I would suggest trying to prove criminal fraud and try to prosecute ...
