Everything I wrote is 100% true and what little I would get referring people to OKPAY I only receive if the person likes and uses the service since it is a sliver of a percentage of fees incurred.
I use the service. I like the service. I want more people to check them out because I am sure people will like them too and I hope more companies begin using them. Even if they did not have a little referral system I would be posting about their service all the same.
