don't even bother trying to call that 3rd world pile of shit, i've been on the phone for hours and its cost me a bomb.

the call waiting message is a fucking joke like the rest of that outfit.

probably have one person answering their single phone line.

i have no replies to email either.

maybe calling visa and complaining about their shitty service could hurry them up, not even sure why a bank like this is allowed to control money under visas name.

I have 3 accounts. 2 of them had under $2k and worked today.

The other one had close to $10k, and it's not working. I e-mailed them, but didn't get a reply yet..

Yeah over 2k myself and no go for my card, no responses to email yet and called the phone number a few times just goes to a dead voice mail

They said the majority of epass card holders would get their money back , well they might not have been lyiing on that front... perhaps the majority of epass people have less then 2k in their account.

Will wait and see about documents... now i got to start working about my card itself, it expires at the end of november. I asked them about that as well, just responded with I should be able to use my card hehe.... guess not.
