Already receiving many emails from different people, lets all keep in touch and make him pay, if not in money, be it in jail, but lets not leave this behind. As i read in another board from someone who seamed to be a lawyer, despict of the off-shore configuration, there is public probes that link Mallick as owner of epassporte, if money is not appearing, AT LEAST, we are talking about fraud, not mentioning other feredel crimes which would make him elegible for persecution/extradition even in the fucking islands where his company was located ;)

Like other user in another forum said, lets not forget his face.

I HAVE 15k inside my epassporte wallet, i got an email more than a month ago telling me my wire form withdrawal was approved, but i still dont see my money moving.

If i'm not going to get anything from it, i prefer using it to making his life a little bit miserable, i dont mind giving out all my balance for a lawyer as payment for his services if he wins the class action lawsuit ....

Anyway, if we do a class action lawsuit, he would take a small percentage of all our balances and still win a fucking lot of money probably ....

I'm with you. Right now dealing with the bank about the wires we sent them; the funds are still sitting in our epass account.

The next step for us is legal action.

Yeah, I don't want to just give up on this. Back in 2006, Brad Greenspan ripped me and a bunch of other people off....and he walks freely. That still bothers me to this day

Chris Mallick still has time to make this right, but being completely silent tells me he doesn't plan to.

So just count me in for whatever you want to do short of anything illegal of course.

tblocker, let's talk some specifics so we can make sure we do this and it just doesn't get swept aside.

How many epass customers do you need information from in order to proceed with finding a lawyer and getting the ball rolling on this? What information do you need from each of us to proceed?

Also, we need some concrete replies from a couple lawyers to get their take on what we can expect. They need to know everything about Mallick from his past to how he structures epass/united trust, where it's all located, etc. This is all going to be for nothing if we can't even legally go after him for anything. Maybe he found some clever way to structure everything to where we can't get anything.

I don't specifically need any information, i'm not the lawyer, we will need it when we actually get in touch with a GOOD lawyer to make the class action lawsuit on our behalfs, right now, i just need contact information of anybody fucked up to take this into the table of different lawyers and see which WE ALL AGREE is our best choice. I'm someone that got fucked 15k in my wallet, and want him to pay, i prefer money, but jail will do the job too ... Well, I waited for the promised wire, then after 20 days I gave up and I started to try to withdraw the money in other ways. Paid a lot of them to my hoster, but on a term that it counts only if he's able to withdraw them. It was too late, though he was able to withdraw before, the ACHs ordered after past Thursday did not arrive to anyone. So I don't have much money in my wallet now, but I'm out of 5 figures anyway.

Still, I will give any support in these actions. I'm not letting those fuckers to get away with this. It's not 2002 anymore then I was able just to earn those money all over again in several months. Well, what I had there is not all my money, indeed, I will get by without them, but still it was an essential amount for me. Personally I don't want to do anything. The biggest internet scammers are the US based ones, and nothing you can do against them, because of the US law system which works for big companies but not for small men like webmasters. Inside epassporte there where two "places" where to keep your money, inside the Virtual Visa part and the Epassporte Wallet part. This for many of us was just a technical thing, that was how it was sold to us, but aparently, the Virtual Visa part was money being handled directly by a Bank, and the Epassporte Wallet by Mallicks directly without our notice .....

So, the bank seems to be doing what is right, giving the money back. Mallick is whom is in silence for over 20 days now and no one is receiving the famous transactions to get our Wallet money out.

The common denominator is that those that we HAVE money in EPASSPORTE WALLET, are not getting any answers back and no money off course either. There is also a bunch of people from whom i received emails that their money seemed to vanish in the limbo:

A. They transfered money to Epassporte/Mallicks account and never got into their Epassporte balance

B. People that took money threw the ACH method and money also got lost there ....

There you have the two main common denominators here, all of which refer directly to Chris Mallicks unresponsable money movements.

What was the last word about the wallet money? I was under the impression that more people had money locked in VV than the wallet. Not so? Have you written off the idea that the wallet money will come?

I thought I had read that they had a skeleton crew sending out wires or something.

There is also this statement:

Perhaps, they meant to say that this is the reason for delays of the outstanding (not processed requests).
Inside the account, there is also a statement that they will post on the website about what to do for those with balance on their wallet, that have not yet been requested for withdrawal.

Not sure though if all this, is something that would get things moving again (positive thinking hah...).

Does anybody knows what was the latest ACH request date that actually got processed as of now?
From what I've read, I know that requests placed on Sept 27th are the latest successful. Anyone with the later date?

On September 3, i sent a wire withdrawal form to send 60% of my current balance to my checking account inside US.

After waiting many days and asking for explanations, i got an email confirming that my wire was already approved on september 7 and was waiting for accounting department to actually make the wire .... Its been more than a month, not even a dollar moved when there is actually 60% of a wire request i did already approved by Sempteber 7 !!!

have luck everyone with money there, i have about 1k there and its not enough to still keeping that epass problem in my mind. moved weeks ago, but i must say that lost vv money was nice surprise and is nice to have it ...
