Indeed, I think Payoneer might be pretty solid. Once I seen how easy it is to associate your card with other sponsors and just how the whole thing works (its a little different) things look pretty good.
I tried to send myself some money just to try out the card and see if it worked (using the link bottom corner main page) and was denied as they said it was mainly for sponsors to pay connected affils. (Got an automated message within an hour) They said I might be approved for my own loads later once I had some transactions.
So no p2p or very regulated p2p makes the whole system pretty tight and safe and hopefully around for a long while.
And the load fees are a flat 3.75% it looks like. Not the $7.50. That $7.50 all changes once you input some numbers.
Also technically their forms and such are the best I've seen anywhere. Has a nice tight feel.
So they seem pretty serious in doing things right.
