worked for me in the atm - can you buy anything in stores with the card also or the $320 limit is the total for everything per day? When epassporte run it I could cash out my daily limit, then spend much more than that when using card in stores.

wrong pin also 3 times. I got this new card in the first week when the visa funds were only frozen but still showing in epass. I activated this card with the new pin back then, but now it is not working. Very nice. I was happy when i went to the bank. I came back highly irritated.

NO, i have a very simple pin code, its burned in my braincell

Card is expired on 09/10, so I assume this is why

the last message was, card is reported lost by bank

$1.4k on one card. $300 did work. $320 (and more) I tried before didn't work. Chase adds no fees. but since the SKNANB charges $3 on top of the requested amount it would exceed the $320 by $3.
On another card I had only $49 and did get $40 out. the rest I will use VV for some online purchase.

Exactly. It was always like that. But if you know a machine that dispences tens (I do) then you can get $310 I would think.
