    Regarding expired epass Visa cards

    Here is the answer from the bank:

    Your funds can be used on the internet as your card has expired.
    No wire? I don't want to spend my fucking funds on the internet. WTF?!? Moreover my vitual visa card number is in epassporte message center that is nolonger accessible! WTF?!

                      fuck. Maybe pre-load your account from epass money at namecheap or dynadot, pay for your hosting for year in advance or something
