Errr...how the fuck do you think that would work? At best you'll only be able to get your vv funds wired to you or be able to access them at ATM with your card. The CIA/Mossad isn't THAT magical.

what i ment was : can i load payoneer with my VV from epassport

not tranfer funds from epass card to payoneer card directly , even i do understand thats not possible :P

I tested it before the epass blowout and it didn't work. I don't see any reason it will work now.
