Their support always sucked, had a card by TrafficHolder and used it only once, had contacted their support twice, never answered, this is about a year ago.
You should be very very very carefull considering using any ePassporte substitute.Comment

There is no door to door mail in Panama. Can't you accept a US Post Box as address at least to send the card? I tried but your system declines this. Otherwise, how is the whole process for getting the card shipped by DHL or FedEx? Got a ticket if you need it.

Indeed, I think Payoneer might be pretty solid. Once I seen how easy it is to associate your card with other sponsors and just how the whole thing works (its a little different) things look pretty good.
I tried to send myself some money just to try out the card and see if it worked (using the link bottom corner main page) and was denied as they said it was mainly for sponsors to pay connected affils. (Got an automated message within an hour) They said I might be approved for my own loads later once I had some transactions.
So no p2p or very regulated p2p makes the whole system pretty tight and safe and hopefully around for a long while.
And the load fees are a flat 3.75% it looks like. Not the $7.50. That $7.50 all changes once you input some numbers.
Also technically their forms and such are the best I've seen anywhere. Has a nice tight feel.

I drove one sponsor overseas a bit bananas I think hehe getting set up properly with Payoneer. I didnt know you had to link the card.
BUT, I think most of my payment shit looks good now. Using Payoneer for overseas stuff and all mainland is now good except for one more overseas one. Cough, cough, DDF.
Lets get that auto email responder working.
So HURRAY for me. No more payment BS.

Fees for international ATM withdrawal (international emaning everything outside of Belize) are an absolute joke. Damn, even the fees my payment broker charges for cashing US checks are lower. Doesn't make sense for me to use Payoneer with fees like that.Comment

your username is the email address you used to sign up, how many email addresses you have? Assuming you will say " a shitload " I ask, what email address you assumed you used for it ?
Do a " i forgot password " action after you figured out your email address you used.
They have a pretty good phone lines, i got answered in 30 seconds, friendly help, correct input. Email replay takes longer, during the high volume of tickets and requests, they encounter some delay. But they are working on it as we speak. Training new people.
Anyway, your problem would be possible to SOLVE without any input of a life supportComment

the scroll is showing a huge list.
Screenshot it and visit them

Next couple months should tell which will become the real epassporte alternative(s). As with many other things, most important factor will be that how many and who starts to use them.. fees, reliability, support etc. will be secondary, but of course those will have some effect on popularity too.Comment
