                      I just called the bank and they said regarding people who have larger amounts, to send the email to [email protected] and we will receive instructions there . They didn't tell me anything over the phone.

                              They didnt say , apparently cards will be enabled 60 to 90 days if necessary , so if u think you cant take out your money within that time you should email them and see your options.
