I honestly don't think Chris had any choice in the matter, his history doesn't show that. He wouldn't have done what he did with epoch if he didn't care.
After dealing with a bankruptcy myself, I find it funny how fast people can turn on you. Doesn't seem to matter how good you were to them for years, one thing outside of your control and it's the end of the world. Those same people will stab you in the back when things are good too. It's a wake up call to know who you want to deal with in the future.
I ask you this - if the virtual visa eventually gets paid out - would you do business with Chris again? I would. Heck no, he's off funding movies for millions of dollar and in Cabo when all this shit is going down, doesn't seem like a good business move to me.
