    New message on SKNANB

    Well no real news there, they've removed the mention of new message on 4th October. I would really like to know what would be the daily limit of ATM withdrawal!

    To All SKNANB Visa Prepaid Cardholders

    As previously advised, SKNANB has been working diligently on the necessary efforts to restore prepaid cardholders' ability to access their Visa card funds.

    It is still expected that from Wednesday, October 6th, the overwhelming majority of cardholders will be able to access the funds on their Visa Card using their existing virtual card and/or physical card(s), without providing SKNANB further information. A small percentage of cardholders will be asked to provide certain confirming information. SKNANB prepaid cardholders should continue to check this site for further updates.

    If you have any questions or concerns regarding your SKNANB prepaid card, please contact SKNANB at [email protected]. In addition, cardholders can call +1-869-466-9733 to contact the cardholder services centre between the hours of 8am and 4pm Atlantic Standard Time. Please note, the call volume could be quite large, as such, there may be extended wait times.

    We understand the inconvenience and SKNANB thanks you for your continued patience.

                                      thing that makes me skeptical is that a bank having a hard time of late can handle so much liquidity leaving, but we will see.

                                                  But maybe it's different for these virtual visa accounts

                                                      1 out of 24 users have only an expired card [one of mine are expired too... and the other is fresh and not activated yet...].
                                                      What i would like to know is that will I be able to access the money @ epassporte, thus sending p2p payments or not? If not, how the hell can i access my money?

                                                          Well for the virtual visa funds you can request a wire maybe at the st Kitts bank or they can send you a new card directly from the bank.

                                                          I would email them about this, last week I got a reply from them in less then 12 hours

                                                                      virtual visa card expired aswell? i think wire or check will be the option after sending in passport and adress proof to them...

                                                                                                                  Why do you think there has been such a long delay since when they cut off ePass until they are letting cardholders withdraw their funds? They knew there would be an onslaught of withdraws and they have been stalling in order to buy time to plan for it. They are not going to open the flood gates without either having the funds available or setting daily withdraw limits.

                                                                                                                              I guess it's really a PREPAID card - they must have everything covered. Or else they would give people a harder time to withdraw their money - if it all works out as they promise.
