Conversation With ePass Rep Today

I was told the following so please do not argue with me about it; I am only the messenger and am only repeating what I was told. I spoke to the rep at about 10:00 am CST. The rep seemed very knowledgeable and was very polite, expressed sincere concern, evidenced complete openeness and no gave indication that he was trying to hide or soft-soap anything.

Read it and weep!

(1) No new Business Accounts are currently being approved.

(2) No limits are currently being raised.

(3) Restricted Countries may or may not get the cards turned back on.

(4) ePass does not know what "alternative" methods of withdrawal for funds SKNB will offer. ePass is as much in the dark about it as are you.

(5) SKNB may well require very extensive verification, beyond what ePass has required in the past.

(6) Wire requests are generally handled manually right now.

(7) ACH to USA bank accounts is the only method of funds withdrawal currently up and fully running.

Again, I have no further information and this is what the guy told me, so I am passing on the info to you just as I received it.

I should add that we have still been getting withdrawels out to our personal RBC visa cards in Canada.....
I do not have them all yet though as it does seem to take 5 business days from when the transaction has been started from the Epassporte system.

But so far "knock on wood" they have been arriving daily.

Cannot both be true. Are wire request 'up and running' or are they not being sent?

Every time I hear from Epassporte I tend to get different conflicting messages.

Withdrawal to CC is also alive and well.. I received multiple payments last week.
