So your saying all the hispanics in Garden City are illegal. And if so, why haven't the local authorities done something about. I'm pretty sure the area is pro rebublican and anti-illegal immigrant. On Lake Flacon you should know where you are as only on small arm of it is in Texas and the rest of the lake is in Mexico.
