How can i make some money with my site?

You just got over your first hurdle in the adult site business.... its called reality. Now that you hit that wall, this time around ask questions and listen to the answers giving by the webmasters that have been around and have smacked their heads into that wall a few times also... ;)

Take your content and make hosted galleries, submit them to tgps with linkbacks to your signup page.. And start a simple affialite page and share the revenue in return for getting other people to do all the above for you.

First and foremost, screw the model, if she/he signed a model release who cares what they think about what you do with the content.

I agree with Pink, you need to start submitting to TGP sites to generate traffic to your site. Don't waste time submitting individually, join a submitter program (chameleon submitter or the other dozen out there). You also need to get on some toplist that focus on your niche.

Since it appears that your "talent" is free I would pimp this to the max! Take as many pics as you can and sell them to sites that focus on your niche. Since the talent is free it would all be profit.

Finally, look for some affiliate programs that can use the demographic of traffic you generate. With 500 uniques per day that can be some steady cash with the right affiliate program(s).

how can you say you want to make money off a free web site? that's oxymoronic! if you're making your own content, then you have the key to riches in your hands: continue making your own content, sell your content exclusively, keep selling your own content, hire a girl to sit on your lap while you count your money.

Ok cool guys thanks for the ideas. The sites non nude so selling non nude content might not go over to good. I tried selling sets from the site in the past and i had 3 girls contact me who where pissed and demanded i take down there sets. I get that all the time take down my sets i dont want to be half naked anymore. There is allot of drama envolved working with a bunch of girls.

I want to start charging and shoot more of my own content. The problem is i dont have money to program my site where i can charge. I don't suppose someone wants to go on this venture

I think if i did charge i would have to start all over and shoot a bunch of nude content and hire girls for those shoots. I would go that route but i would need cash and thats something right now i dont have.

I want to put affilliate adult banners up the problem with that is the girls would freak if i put up porn banners. I'm kind of cought in the middle here. Theres only one softcore alt banner that wont freak the girls out and thats apneatic.com but all the others are hardcore. Anyone know of some good alt affilates i could take advantage of?

If all else fails i could turn the whole site into a alt porn blog im almost to the point where i want to do that. It's been very hard lately to find alt models. Since i dont make money with this the main site has been broken for months and im getting a bad rep because of it. Girls are talking shit saying dont model for him he takes forever to edit sets and the site hasnt been up for months.

If youre not getting them to sign a blanket model release giving you all rights to the photos then youre wasting your time for a start. Theres no "Please pull my photos now." bullshit. You invest your time and costs taking those.

The main page is nice. Lose the entry page though..
Build up girl profiles and a tour page but LIMIT the amount of content youre letting people see without joining. Give them a reason to join.

After that its all traffic, which means in your case considering you have none, sharing profits. This can work for getting girls in too. Give them a percentage then you can drop the drama queen freebie girls.

As far as post production on photos. Get yourself a content management system that handles that so you just have to touch up the photos and crop and submit.. dont build the pages by hand. Set yourself a deadline between taking photos and submitting and stick to it. Put it in writing for the girls on an info page with all the other stuff they need to know.

Seriously dude you've got A LOT of quality material on there.

Fuck the tfp shit. in tfp photographer is king. I know about 4 photographers here at uni, and all 4 are nerdy lil ugly fucks (no offence) but they get laid by fucking hot chicks all the time. And the reason? Because those hot chicks want their photos doing for free because every other photographer charges THEM.

Models don't want money. They want to be made to look beautiful. And while there is a long queue of girls wanting to be made to look pretty, the queue of photographers who can achieve that is much shorter.

Apart from one (who is fucking super hot) every girl I know who is part of the Kent Uni Modelling agency works for free. And signs away like 1000 photos, and is allowed to choose about 15 photos for their own exclusive use.

That site could be a pay site. At the minute, its just your portfolio.

And yeah the entry page looks tacky and isn't needed.

I want to delete the front page and i do agree it is tacky. The only problem is i get 90 % of my traffic from the optimizing i did to that front page. If i delete it i will likely lose allot of my search engine traffic. The main site is PHP which doesnt do to well in search engines. I think it's going to be a pay site i just need to fix some major bugs with the script and somehow install a payment gateway.

I know you guys say dont worry about the models freaking if i make it into a pay site, but since we have myspace now models can post tons of bulletins which could limit my chances of getting models in the future. Alt is a small community and making the models happy is a must if i plan on getting more in the future.

How do i make it to where people have to signup to see the rest of the pictures? Is that something ccbill will do or do i have to setup on my end?
