I've ADMINed forums before and tried rep systems and in all cases ended up pulling them because of misuse. Not saying this will happen on GFY......................

well, I gave a formula in one of those rep threads (now lost!) that took into account post count (as in fact a negative factor for very high post counts) and how much you'd been rep'd today (another negative factor).
By playing with the formula on random people (I had to assume people like JDL had been repped a lot in a day) it worked out quite well to determine whether a person could give rep or not.
Anyway, it amused me briefly to figure a formula out and now it's gone. It will stay simple I'm sure.
