# a) When Advertisements Sold and Served By Solve Media. In full and complete consideration for the licenses and other rights granted hereunder, Publisher shall receive forty percent (40%) of Net Revenue, and Solve Media shall receive sixty percent (60%) of Net Revenue when Solve Media sells Advertisements. Such revenue split may be changed by Solve Media in its sole discretion at any time during the Term upon thirty (30) days prior notice to Publisher.
# (b) When Advertisements Sold By Publisher and Served by Solve Media. In full and complete consideration for the licenses and other rights granted hereunder, Publisher shall receive eighty percent (80%) of Net Revenue, and Solve Media shall receive twenty percent (20%) of Net Revenue when Publisher sells and Solve Media serves Advertisements. Such revenue split may be changed by Solve Media in its sole discretion at any time during the Term upon thirty (30) days prior notice to Publisher.
