It doesn't matter how do these themes look (you prefer motley Christmas tree-like sites, I prefer the straight and clean design). The only thing which is really matter is SE traffic. Good synonymized descriptions is the key.
BTW, the CyberSEO Suite is able to work with ANY EXISTING WordPress tube theme, so you choose which one to use.

it is not as much of a pain to add videos too. There are plugins around for easy import of CSV files for these wordpress tubes. Get the dumps from sponsors, and import. As simple as that.

what is the standard format for flv dumps? I mean really, how hard would it be to put together even a simple macro that would run through the list and post to wordpress for you? Yes, it won't. But it will make the willing to pay for a paysite membership to watch the full length and high definition versions of those "mass importing lame videos". At least it works for me pretty good (for example, in the past pay period I had 1:570 signup ratio at Royal-Cash on tube traffic only) and you know... for some reason I don't want to make the surfer happy, I want him to PAY.
