This is why it is important as hell for sites to A) buy legal content, or B) produce their own legal content.

If it's B, then it is also important to state publicly that ALL of your models are at least 18 years of age at the time of the photoshoot, and have documentation ready if called into question. If you're a reputable business person you WILL do this. If you're a fucking moron who only cares about the almighty dollar, the you won't. Plain and simple.

And I agree totally with Unseen, it's all a matter of perception. I know 24 year old girls that could easily pass for high school girls, and I've seen a few 12/13 yr olds that could eaily pass for 20 yr olds when wearing makeup. It is VERY hard to determine age when looking at many teen pics, and absolute proof must be obtained before anything can be done as far as legal recourse is concerned.

How am I so confident in their ages? Easy... because I get proof of age BEFORE I photograph the girls. Anyone who doesn't is running the risk of getting into serious hot water. I know someone who works for the license department in a municipailty near here...
