    Low productivity, what's bad?

    Hey, can u help me what's bad on my site? There is very low productivity these days.

      Look like you don't have many trades, and that theme colour isn't nice.

          Thanks for reply. Productivity was pretty good with that scheme/trades. Now is very low, especially for US, CA, UK traffic. Looks like slow page load, redirect, virus or something like that. But for me it looks good.

                  Also You have very small thumbs for today's traders... It should be better to recrop thumbs for bigger size, like 150x200, or even 180x240. Nice site anyway!

                      All responses are very useful. So nobody see a problem at the server side (slow,redirect,virus etc.)?

                          With a low time per visit and # of page views, I think having too many trades and too many links is the problem not the answer. You're Top 100K Alexa with 8% SE traffic and really don't need their traffic as much as they need yours, so do something to keep organic surfers on your site longer and looking at more pages.

                              That color is pretty bad. Look at some of the popular galleries and mimic their color schemes.

                              And yes, speed it up somehow, it's very slow.
                              Set up a CDN with Amazon S3 / Cloudfront if that is possible.

                                  About thumb sizes you should check around your trade partners, also ask them what is your outgoing prod. You should go for more trade. I dislike that green color also.

                                      the site itself loads quick for me. The thumbnails load pretty slow.

                                          The images loaded right away for me in Texas USA. There was something that ran for a while but I am not sure what it was maybe tracking software.

                                          Chrome and Trend didn't alert me to anything unusual about the site.

                                          I personally like the colors and content. I clicked on a few links because I wanted to see more.

                                                  Trades will NOT up your productivity.. Productivity is how many clicks you get from each surfer. So with that in mind the first thing to do is work on those thumbs.

                                                  Make them bigger. Take a look at the ones that get clicked the most and figure out why.
