She has a tendency to go flat whenever she has to sustain a note, and she doesn't sound as confident as she could be pitchwise when she hits some of her notes.. you can almost hear the "am I really doing this right" thoughts in her voice a few times.
A good vocal coach could help alot with those things. She's definitely got some good raw material to work with.
I spent alot of my childhood listening to singers.. unwillingly in the beginning. My dad was a classical conductor and pianist, and he used to coach opera singers for the Nottingham School of Music 4 nights a week in our house.
