Actually, most of the time someone replies to you, they're dissing you so saying "everyone" and taking in people that didn't even see the post - is still pretty accurate.

Talk about a 3rd world country!

                                                                                                                                        I have comprehensive heath insurance here to cover elective surgery but on the 3 occasions I have had to make a dash to the hospital i was seen within 15 mins and got top notch care without any cost. Any country without that is not a country I would want to live in. Health of the population is not only a social priority, but also makes sense ... the health of the population increases productivity.
